MARANELLO KART 2013
MARANELLO KART PUTTING IN A VERY GOOD PERFORMANCE IN THE WSK MASTER SERIES WITH BERNARDOTTO AND BELLANCA
Enrico Bernardotto and Marco Bellanca among the main protagonists of the fourth and last round of the WSK Master Series in Castelletto's KZ2.
Lonato del Garda (Brescia). Strong performance again for Maranello Kart, this time in the fourth and last round of the WSK Master Series held in Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia), with the drivers Enrico Bernardotto and the Swiss Marco Bellanca of Geber Team Corse.
The two Maranello-Tm drivers managed to show a very good level of competitiveness in both finals held in Castelletto and, particularly in the second final held on Sunday, they had the chance to be close to the front-runners with very interesting race paces.
Enrico Bernardotto's progression was excellent; after setting the 11th time in qualifying and the 12th place in the first final on Saturday, Bernardotto turned out to be very fast in the two qualifying heats on Sunday where he secured a 7th and a 4th place that were worth the second row of the final race, up there with all the strongest drivers competing in the championship. In the race he matched their pace and obtained a good seventh place.
Marco Bellanca was at his debut in the WSK Master Series and obtained a solid seventh time in qualifying, followed by a P8 in the first final and another eighth place in the second final, ending his good race right at the back of Bernardotto.
The weekend showed therefore once again the competitiveness of Maranello Kart in a highly regarded international championship like the WSK Master Series after the team has fought until the end for the KZ2 title in WSK Euro Series and in the European CIK-FIA Championship.
